Great at recruiting, hiring, and retaining a strong team.
Experience managing a team of drivers and DOT experience is valuable.
Owner of financial results including revenue, growth, expense control, and operating profit.
Responsible for all customer satisfaction metrics including quality, retention, and growth.
Ability to establish and maintain processes and procedures to capture profits and efficiencies.
