Our Program Manager's and Assistant Program Managers will oversee, develop, and provide direction to the direct support professional staff that support the residents to reach those goals.

Previous experience working in a group home environment and supervisory experience required.
Locations included:
Springfield, Agawam, Wilbraham, and Easthampton MA.
Hours:
Applicants must be flexible to meet the needs of the program and on-call rotation schedule.
Responsibilities:
To manage/coordinate the routine day-to-day operations of residential supports for individuals with a range of disabilities through direct or indirect care, provision of case management and social work services, program coordination and supervision of direct support professionals.
To ensure the attainment of individual and programmatic goals, working in collaboration with others to provide opportunities for individuals with a range of disabilities to fully participate in their communities as valued members.
Implement support provided in accordance with association policies, external regulations and in response to individually stated preferences and goals.
Qualifications:
Broad knowledge of a related discipline such as social sciences, human services or business administration involving the use of a broad theoretical knowledge equal to a complete 4-year college education.
Over 3 years and including 5 years of progressive learning experience including demonstrated supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of computer systems, programs, and applications.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation/vehicle is required.
Payrate:
Payrates vary based on location and program complexities.
