Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and email from customers, policy holders, insurance agents, and/or auto glass shops.
Quote pricing.
Locate and source out of stock items assessing internal channels to secure the requires part in the timeliest and most cost effective manner.
Assess the needs of callers and resolve the concerns quickly or escalate as needed.
Schedule appointments, assist techs with work order descrepancies, verify insurance coverage information.
Respond to all emails regarding existing and scheduled appointments in a professional manner.
If necessary, alter existing scheduled appointments.
Complete all other duties as assigned.
Provide timely, friendly customer service and support.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers inquiries.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
