We are currently in search of professional, enthusiastic and dedicated Ice Rink Brand Ambassadors, preferably with experience in skating sports and promotional events, to represent our client's rink event and help create lasting memories for guests.
Job Description:
As an Universal Rinks Brand Ambassador, you are the friendly and welcoming face of the ice rink event, responsible for promoting both our brand, and our client, by engaging with visitors, and ensuring they have an unforgettable ice skating experience.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and vibrant atmosphere at our rink, and ensuring that operations run smoothly
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience as they enter the rink.
Become an expert on the ice skating experience, including equipment rentals, skating sessions, and special events.
Showcase your ice skating skills to inspire and educate visitors, especially beginners, through demonstrations, and on ice assistance.
Offer assistance to skaters, answer questions, and provide guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the ice.
Act as a passionate advocate for our ice rink and help create a positive brand image among visitors.
Assist with promotional events and initiatives to attract new visitors and retain loyal customers.
Share your ice skating experiences, tips, and updates on your social media platforms to promote the ice rink.
Gather feedback from guests and report it to the management for continuous improvement.
Promote and adhere to all safety regulations and encourage visitors to do the same.
Requirements:
A love for ice skating and a proficiency in skating sports.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Outgoing and friendly personality.
Active presence on social media and a willingness to create engaging content.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Knowledge of ice skating equipment and basic maintenance.
Ability to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for skaters of all skill levels.
Education in the arts, sports, communications, public relations or management field would be considered an asset.
