Job Description:
Customer Service.
Process and data entering new business applications.

Provide customer service to our internal business teams and external field partnersWe are looking for someone to support a third party distribution channel by entering received applications in our system and collaborating with other parts of the company and our distribution partners to resolve not in good order issues and output delivery.
Responsible for performing tasks such as maintaining records, data entry, running reports, indexing, and imaging.
Additional responsibilities may include researching, auditing requests, processing work and/or retrieving data or correspondences from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
Supports department and follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Is proficient in multitasking and prioritizing work responsibilities.
The Minimum Qualifications1
year of life insurance experience requiredlife insurance operations experience HIGHLY preferredMust be advanced in:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong writing skills are a must!Highly skilled with technology and business systems, must be able to manage multiple applications and windows at the same time.

May perform lead worker duties such as assist in training, answer questions from less experienced staff members.
Must be technical savvy and able to use multiple applications and windows.
Must be advanced in:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong writing skills are a must.
If candidates have experience with Life Insurance, Property and Casualty, or Carrier health insurance experience HIGHLY preferred.
(position is 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, and some workers may work as late as 5pm or 6pm EST)MS Office; Exchange.
