28214265 Key Tasks & Responsibilities & Expected OutcomesWorking from the MHA assessment conducted in August 2022, extract a set of key projects to be prioritized to meaningfully improve overall DR & resiliency posture for company.
Construct a viable execution project plan, outlining critical dependencies, stakeholders and budget; provide regular status updates to key stakeholdersDevelop an accurate investment model based on known scope, risks & assumptionsWork with dependent technology teams to identify necessary resource & capital to successfully execute the projectDevelop an education plan which can be used to baseline key business & technology stakeholders on scope and expected capabilities of MM Disaster Recovery program.
Oversee the execution of the project plan within determined timeframes, while ensuring the identification of risks and roadblocks to deliverablesBASIC
Qualifications:

years of experience with program management or strategic planningExperience with Microsoft Office productsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of managementAbility to collaborate across multiple work groups, including technical teamsAbility to work with a great degree of autonomyCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the futurePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSUnderstanding of technology infrastructure, business continuity/disaster recovery management, governance, best practices, and protocolsUnderstanding of insurance/financial services industryProven leadership skills across multi-faceted organizations and across all levels of managementEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to:
