Clinical Supervisors are experienced, independently licensed mental health professionals and hold full-time, salaried positionsThey are an important part of our program's leadership teams, providing responsive, staff-centered support and guidance to assigned Master's-level clinical supervisees on all aspects of BHN employmentThis includes professional goal setting and progress, high quality clinical service delivery, and compliance with all performance expectationsClinical Supervisors participate in and/or lead clinical team meetings and supervision sessions.
Clinical Supervisors continue to engage directly with clients, collaborating with person-centered teams to provide the Right Care, at the Right Time, at the Right PlaceThey provide routine and as-needed direct services in-person and via telehealth to BHN clients across the lifespan via outcome-driven, evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training and supportClinical services include comprehensive assessments, individual, couple, family, and group therapy, and coordination with providersClinical Supervisors commit to Evidence-Based Practice and goal-directed care in providing direct services to clientsThey participate in clinical team meetings and supervision, continuing education, formulate collaborative treatment plans, measure progress toward set outcomes, and coordinate treatment with a multidisciplinary team.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply!Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy ( required ).
Independent License with a minimum of three years' additional experience ( required ).
Massachusetts CANS certification ( required prior to start date ).
Experience providing clinical care to individual children, adolescents, families, and/or adults ( required ).
Team-based collaborative and goal-directed approach to client care ( required ).
Experience in implementing evidence-based models of treatment ( required ).
Broad knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques ( required ).
Three to five years of clinical and administrative supervisory experience ( preferred ).
Willing and able to work on-site in Springfield or Westfield at least 20% of the time ( required ).
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR,) telehealth platforms, PC/Windows computers, Microsoft Office programs, and email systems ( required )ALL CBHC Staff must work some weekend/evening hours in order to rotate the coverage to cover openings in a planned manner (flex hours, not overtime).
Clinicians at Liberty Street may be eligible for loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
