THE JOB:
As a Table Games Dealer Trainee, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service during their visit.
You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Learn to deal two table games:
Blackjack, Carnival, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps Complete the 8-week program (30 hours per week) Train to communicate verbally with supervisors or Table Games Managers of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game Train to resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
This position is scheduled to start early April 2024 Must be available Monday - Friday, 10:
00am - 4:
