The Peer Specialist Supervisor will be responsible for the direct supervision of all Certified and non-certified Peer Specialists while providing general oversight of The Living Room Understands the Certified Peer Specialist code of ethics and models and prioritizes the application of these ethics by all staff Understands and models appropriate boundaries with The Living Room (TLR) guests, individuals served by Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI), Access Center, and Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) and educates staff on boundaries as necessary Understands and models important values such as mutuality, transparency, and strengths-based approach inherent to the work of Peers, and orients and educates staff to these values as needed Provides regular individual and group supervision with Certified Peer Specialists working under the programs of AMCI, TLR, CCS and Access Provides annual performance evaluations for Peer Specialists Ensures that The Living Room facility is well maintained Spends time at each location under CBHC as specified by Program Director to ensure staff are completing their respective duties and to provide feedback in the moment Demonstrates working knowledge of community resources, and how to help individuals access them Responsible for training for new and existing staff and interns.
