Yard Jockey Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Springfield, MA branch.
We are looking for a Yard Jockey to join our team of trailer professionals.

Responsibilities:
Move a variety of trailers in tight spaces.
Assist with decking and un-deck flatbeds and containers as needed.
Make drayage/delivery runs in branch service area.
Ensure all containers and trailers are safely and securely parked at the end of each day with no risk exposure.
Perform tasks in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional, and safe manner in accordance with all Company polices, DOT, OSHA and other governmental standards and regulations.
Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
Must have yard jockey experience.
CDL preferred but not required.
Must have forklift experience, not limited to the decking and un-decking flats.
Must have a strong knowledge regarding the safe handling and operation of, not limited to, trailers, tractors, containers, field offices, forklifts, refrigeration units, sliding axles and lift gates.
Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, results oriented, problem-solving attitude.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies.
Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
