The person we seek must be reliable and able to learn about and observe rules of confidentiality and boundaries.
Completion of the Recovery Coach Academy and computer skills preferred but not mandatory.
We offer supervisory support, regular team gatherings, and ongoing training for professional growth.
Advancement opportunities are available within the CHD structure.
Requirements Lived experience with substance use disorder.
The ability to remain in the sustained recovery phase of treatment.
Completion of the Recovery Coach Academy preferred.
Deliver services on a mobile basis to clients in any setting that is safe for the client and staff.
Helps clients to discuss and try new strategies for developing recovery-supportive friendships, reconnecting or improving family relationships, and identifying and using recovery-community networks.
Be willing to engage folks referred in conversations about harm reduction strategies.
Assists persons referred in creating personally meaningful links to treatment build their capacity for sustained recovery.
High School diploma or higher level of education.
Comfort with using technology:
Microsoft office suite, email, and be willing to learn how to navigate and document in an electronic medical record.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
