Summary:
Primary point of contact for prospects and current tenants.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conduct tours of the facility and units with prospective tenants Answer any inquires individuals may have about the property - in person, email, or phone calls Process tenant applications Prepare leasing paperwork and ensure it is completed accurately Follow up on emails and respond to phone calls in a timely fashion Update internet listings Ensure units are move-in ready and perform tenant move-ins/outs Assist with tenant issues Have a basic understanding of property management software (AppFolio) Assure cleanliness of leasing office and units for showings Assert a team-oriented attitude -work together with colleagues to solve on-site challenges and maintain a pleasant and supportive working environment Report to work clear-headed and in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
At least one year of leasing and/or sales experience Excellent communication skills Positive attitude Problem-solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills Proficient in gSuite, AppFolio, and other technology Ability and willingness to learn new skills Passion for delivering top-notch customer service Flexibility to work weekends or different hours during the busy season Job Type:
