DPH WATERSHED PROGRAM DIRECTOR POSTING The Center for Human Development seeks a Director for its new Watershed Recovery Center located in Greenfield, MA.
The Center will provide treatment and recovery within a structured, therapeutic milieu to 25 women including pregnant and parenting women and women referred through the Section 35 process.
The proposed program aspires to be a turning point for women who are in early stages of recovery from alcohol and other drug problems and are vulnerable to relapse.
Women served may be pre and/or post-partum and the program will be able to include their infants.
Director will help create the program and systems, hire staff, facilitate staff training, and oversee the day-to-day operations.
She/he will work closely with community providers and resources to cultivate relationships that facilitate re-integration of the women into their communities.
The Director will supervise at least 10 staff including an employment specialist, care managers, direct care and support staff.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field; LADC preferred; CADAC required; minimum 4 years experience with individuals dealing with addictions and trauma histories; Bi-lingual, bi-cultural Spanish speaking strongly preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
