As a Junior Business Development/Sales Professional with GRP Funding you will be the key driver in developing and managing relationships with sales organizations across the US with a primary focus in New York City and surrounding area under the supervision, support and direction of our National Account Manager.
Job Activities Include:
Further existing partner relationships
Identify, engage and establish new partner relationships
Provide training, support and customer acquisition guidance (marketing materials, vendor partnerships)
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the products and services available for our partners.
Develop strong and lasting relationships with key executives throughout the "Indirect Channel" (Payments Processing, Equipment Leasing, Banking, Associations)
Ability to drive results while operating under a budget
Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals
Attends, organizes and staffs local, regional, and national industry trade exhibits and fairs as required to promote the company's products and services
Attend industry trade shows as required
Travel will be required to achieve success
Develop sales strategies and, using a CRM, track the progress of the sales stages and report on a weekly basis
Act as Sales, Business development & marketing representative for existing accounts
Any other duties, tasks and responsibilities consistent with a business development role
Strong communication skills essential as you will interact with clients
Self-starter self-disciplined and target focused but able to work in a team matrix environment
Demonstrates drive, passion and flexibility
Works well under pressure
Possesses integrity and honesty
Qualified candidates will have some formal college education and at least 2 years of documented success as a sales professional. Experience in the payment processing or financial services industry is desired but not required. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to negotiate and close sales, and basic computer skills are required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
