Dining room equipped with a table and four chairs. Basement has a futon and a second pull out couch and washer dryer are in the basement! Upstairs bedroom is more of a suite with large walk in closet and a half bath could be shared by two people and currently has two twin XL beds (although current images only show one bed upstairs).
